You will receive:

1/ Onsite Consultation

Each 'Concept Plan' project begins with a personalised onsite consultation designed to bring your outdoor vision to life. During this meeting, we take the time to understand your goals and what you envision growing in your outdoor space. We carefully assess the lands unique conditions, including soil, sunlight, and natural features, to determine what will flourish best in your environment. Together, we’ll discuss your lifestyle, level of maintenance and commitment to ensure the design is both practical and manageable. This collaborative process allows us to create a plan that’s thoughtfully tailored to your land as well as your needs.

2/ Concept Plan

After the onsite consultation, we take everything we’ve learned about your goals, lifestyle, and landscape to craft a customised concept plan. The result is a thoughtful, functional plan that ensures every element works in harmony with the land.

3/ Plan Presentation

Once your plan is complete, we meet you back on-site to walk through the design in detail. You'll receive a coloured, scaled printed copy of your plan, as well as a digital version for easy reference. During this presentation, we explore every aspect of your new landscape; from layout and plant selection to guidance on general maintenance and care.

4/ Alterations

We want your concept plan to feel just right. That's why one round of minor alterations is included in your package. allowing for small adjustments to ensure the design fully aligns with your vision. If more extensive revisions are requested (such as multiple changes, major design modifications, or a full plan redesign due to change of direction) these can be accommodated at an additional hourly rate.
